After-sales service
1.Installation
The initial installation is NOT included with the professional ROTY
team member. All installation with the ROTY team must be scheduled
at least 4 weeks in advance before actual trip taken. All necessary
connectivity must be ready prior the service being scheduled.
While ROTY team member arrives at the site for a complete and final
installation, two days training course will be provide to the
customer for operation and maintenance procedure. The initial
installation is provided within 5 working days excluding travel
days. The actual installation days may vary, based on different
machine mode and packing lines. Each day of working hour consist at
8 working hours.
Q&A
Q: What kind of bags can your packing machine pack?
A: Our packing machine can pack doypack( stand up pouch) ,pillow
bag and sachet( flat bag). Optional function includes adding
zipper, spout, making shaped pouch, etc.
Q: What product can your packing machine pack?
A : Our packing machine can pack different types of product, such
as powder, granule, solid and liquid. Also our
machine can pack irregular product.
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: It depends on which model you required. Standard machine
commonly is 45-90 days. Customized machine need more time.
Q: Is engineer available to serve oversea?
A: Yes, but the travel fee is paid by you. So actually to save your
cost, we will send you a video of full details machine installation
and assist you till the end.
Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A : We are a factory with more than 80 employees.
