Product Description
Pouch making, sealing and filling are relatively independent
system. The two systems are connected by mechanical connection and
PLC.
Therefore, suitable for different packaging material and pouch
sizes. Finished product sealing system uses hot seal packaging
material to go on automatic pouch making, and so on.
Pouches are flat bags of 3-side seal or 4-side seal,twin-link
pouch.
Selecting different filler can package different products.

Work Principle:
Servo screw cutting
Servo motor driven rotary feed screw cutting, servo motor
controlled by the number of pulses to control feed screw rotation,
stable and reliable performance, quick and easy to adjust. Suitable
for powders class, cutting fine particle class materials.
Mini combination weigher
Application: It is suitable for weighing of small granule materials
such as candy, seed, mono sodium glutamate, coffee,chocolate
bean,etc.
Piston cutting
Use of the pneumatic piston reciprocating motion, drive-way valve
opening and closing, and by adjusting the stroke of the piston to
control the feed flow. Combined with pneumatic control system makes
automation. Suitable for viscous, colloidal suspensions, creams and
other liquid filling material cutting.
